When will dbell HD live be available?

dbell HD live is available now for pre-order in the United States and in Canada at dbell.ca. It will be shipping in February.

Is dbell HD live easy to install?

dbell HD live is Easy to install yourself. All you need is your existing doorbell power or power adapter and your home Wi-Fi. Setup dbell HD live with One-Touch Easy setup. You can mount dbell HD live straight, 30° Left or Right direction.

Does dbell HD live have Night Vision?

Yes, dbell HD live has six high-powered infrared LEDs to evenly illuminate the scene. In total darkness, you can see up to 15 feet. But if there are light sources around, it may be able to see even further.

Does dbell HD live button illuminate at night?

Yes, dbell HD live Push button/ring button lights for easy use at night

Bandwidth requirements

At 720p, each camera requires 200 to 500 Kbps of upload bandwidth while streaming video.

dbell HD doorbell camera streams video to your Smartphone, Tablet or PC. At 720p, each camera could use 50GB to 150GB of upload bandwidth per month.

 

Connectivity requirements

Wi-Fi connection or Wired Ethernet connection

Working broadband internet connection with at least 1 Mbps upload speed

Free dbell HD app and a compatible Smartphone or Tablet with iOS 8 or later or Android 4 or later is required. You can also use Windows PC app or IE, Chrome or Firefox browser.
