I have had the dbell for a few weeks now and love it! We operate tourist accommodations right on lovely Lawrence town Beach in Nova Scotia and this has given me so much freedom.
I used to have to stay on the premises all of the time to answer the door for Guests arriving. Now wherever I go, whether it be for a walk on the beach or out to dinner or to run errands, my phone goes with me and so does my doorbell!
I can see and talk to my Guests as if I was there. Great for late night arrivals too, I can now answer the door in my jammies and no one has to know I like that it also serves as a security camera.
I also use it to take a look at the weather at home when I away.
The customer service has been fabulous! dbell support was a wonderful help getting it set up. Not that it was difficult though, but it was like having my own “techie” at the other end of the phone. Shipping was fast. I highly recommend this product. I am sure you will be happy with it.
